About this workshop
This 4-hour in-person workshop with experienced brand strategist and campaign manager Kit Lawrence follows a three-part framework covering Strategy, Marketing, and Findings that guarantees a deeper understanding of market position with the tactical know-how for marketing effectiveness.
The morning session covers the fundamentals of brand strategy: Purpose, Identity, and Positioning.
In the afternoon, we turn strategy into action — with a practical workshop focused on Messaging, Content, and Budget. Each attendee will leave with a personalised marketing plan designed to be sustainable, achievable, and deliver real return on investment.
